A lifelong agitator for progressive social change, Shannon has more than 30 years' experience in philanthropy, communications and fundraising. She begun her career as a street activist for AIDS awareness and reproductive justice in the 1990s in New York, and went on to direct three nonprofit organizations: a feminist literary press, an advocacy group for women in shelters, and a residency program for Black writers. She has also led a private grantmaking foundation, served on dozens of nonprofit boards and funding panels, and helped move millions of dollars toward social justice causes.
Shannon’s writing has been recognized with the O. Henry Prize, the Drue Heinz Literature Prize, the Pushcart Prize, and a fellowship from the U.S. National Endowment for the Arts.

Harry is a first-generation Peruvian-American and Miami native who is passionate about creating transformative change across diverse sectors. He has navigated roles in education, finance, social work, nonprofit management and even international sports development.
Bilingual in Spanish & English, committed to a global worldview and with dual degrees in political science and international relations, Harry has worked on the ground helping to empower marginalized communities from Athens, Greece to Barranquilla, Colombia.

Mame Yacine has helped move millions of dollars to multi-year and multi-sector projects that improve the lives of people in West and Central Africa. For more than ten years, she worked in fundraising and project management with international relief organizations such as Oxfam, Millennium Promise Alliance and the Norwegian Refugee Council, serving as principal contact to grantmaking program officers.
Bilingual in French and English, Yacine has a masters' degree in Business Administration, a passion for social justice and women’s rights, and spends her free time cooking, traveling, and volunteering for organizations aiming to end gender-based violence.

A dedicated advocate for social change, Shamecca Q. Bryant has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic philanthropy, and fundraising. A first-generation college graduate with a bachelor’s in Women’s Studies and a master’s in Sociology, Shamecca began her career advancing youth empowerment and women’s rights.
She has led her own consulting firm, directed global relief philanthropy, and managed major gifts programs, driving funds toward social justice. Committed to breaking barriers for young women and girls, Shamecca continues to inspire future changemakers through her work in equity and transformative community impact.

Aaron Brown is a seasoned fundraising and strategy consultant with nearly 20 years of experience across sectors like climate tech, youth development, social justice, and the arts. He has secured over $70 million in non-dilutive funding from public, private, and government sources, driving impactful programs and strategic initiatives for diverse organizations.
Aaron specializes in guiding Theory of Change frameworks, building robust donor relationships, and implementing DEI-focused strategies. Known for his analytical skills and collaborative approach, Aaron supports clients in crafting compelling narratives and data-driven solutions that amplify their mission and expand their impact. He is also an active local musician.
